Starsia is one of the oldest Night Elves still living, next to the High Priestess of Elune Tyrande Whisperwind, Shandris Feathermoon and Malfurion Stormrage.

With the aid of Elune and the High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind, Starsia has taken the form of a blood elf to keep a watchful eye on their blood elven cousins. Starsia arrived in Quel'Thalas via ship with her fellow night elves on Shalandis Isle. Currently she is the direct superior to all the night elves in the Ghostlands while keeping a watchful eye on all the blood elves from within the capital of Silvermoon. Her true identity is known to few.
